Draft Up can guide you through the process of acquiring approvals for your existing structure or structural modification in the A.C.T.

As part of the process, Draft Up will attend the site to measure the structure you are seeking approval for. At this stage we can provide advice on which approval pathway will be necessary to obtain approval.

At Draft Up we strive to meet our customers' needs and we are aware that many retrospective approvals are undertaken prior to listing a home for sale or during the sale period. Draft Up can generally have plans for retrospective approval of structures or alterations completed within 1-2 weeks to align with the sale process.

We will:

• Provide a full set of plans for the structure or alteration.

• Determine whether the structure requires a Development Approval (DA) and/or a Building Approval (BA).

• Lodge the development approval application and documentation to ACTPLA (if required).

• Connect you with the relevant professionals required to gain approval for your structure (engineer, certifier, surveyor).
